We have a range of approved suppliers that offer an efficient quotation and supply service as well as accurate delivery timings. Our suppliers also offer us a good-quality guarantee service on products, when purchased through our trade-only accounts.

Another attractive feature of our complete installation packages is the discounts we can pass on to our customers, through the larger-scale buying capacity and repeat-order velocity with our suppliers. Please note that these discounts are only for customers using our complete installation service.

Our local suppliers bring in products from all over the world. Their fantastic selections are all available to view at their showrooms around Bristol. In addition, they all offer a sample service to give customers the confidence to decide on certain looks and colour choices before they proceed with the installation.

During the supply process, we can create a shopping list for clients to use and take to the local showrooms, however, another option is to leave the shopping side of things to us, where we will supply to a set budget, guided by the design process and pictures.

Some customers may prefer to completely source their own products, but please be aware that our install-only package does not cover issues with damages, faults and supplier problems and we will charge for time lost due to inefficiencies from third-party agents. Customers will need to chase up and deal with these issues themselves in these circumstances.

The reason we prefer to work with our approved suppliers is that it helps to eliminate issues with quality and hold-ups due to damaged deliveries. All products we supply are held and checked by us before starting the project to help prevent such delays.
